Job Responsibilities

●    Closely working with Project Manager to conduct the in-depth market and industry analysis to assess, prospect and prioritize the lead business opportunities for the promoting conferences
●    Conducting the oral and formal email conference invitations to the right decision-making level representatives of prospecting companies/organizations
●    Providing the follow-up activities and be ready for clients’ needs, questions and proposing the optimal attending/business proposals
●    Be responsible for and meeting up the allocated project business targets
●    Coaching and providing the adequate guidance and training to the junior account executives
●    Conference on-site management

Basic Requirements

●    A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with Medicines, Science or Business preferred
●    3-5 years’ previous experience on B2B, consultative sales with proven success of sales record
●    Strong presentation, demonstration, negotiation and business writing skills
●    Prior research and business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related research institutes, companies or academics organization is preferred
●    Proactive, result-oriented and the ability to work under stress and multiple parallel tasks
●    Excellent learning, marketing research abilities
●    Good listening skills and be inclined to understand, be reactive to the clients’ changing scientific and business needs
●    High responsibilities and discipline

Job Responsibilities

●    Closely working with direct supervisor and project team to learn the conference program and following the instruction to process the market analysis and finding, evaluating the prospecting clients including but not limited to current products/services offerings, current BD/marketing emphasize etc.

●    Conducting the oral and formal email invitations to the right decision-making level representatives of prospecting companies/organizations after supervisor’s adequate training and continuous guidance

●    Providing the follow-up activities and be ready for clients’ needs and questions and proposing the optimal and authorized attending/business proposal.

●    Be responsible for and meeting up the allocated project business targets

●    On-site conference assistance and management

Basic Requirements

●    A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with Medicines, Sciences or Business preferred

●    1-2 years’ working experience and fresh graduate is also welcomed to apply

●    The ability and preference to learn, share and work in a team

●    Good listening skills and being able to understand, be reactive to the clients’ changing scientific and business needs

Job Responsibilities

The graphic designer will work closely with the project and business team, using the graphic/industry design software, tools and skills to contribute for the graphic element, color scheme in order to deliver the first-in-class graphic product to the conference market. 

Basic Requirements

●    Bachelor degree or above in Graphic Design, Arts or related field 

●    Prior experience and familiarity to use Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and other relevant industry tools and software 

●    The ability to work independently and work efficiently with project and business teams

●    The ability to finalize the works with accuracy and sufficient attention to details
